Sudanese Media Center abbreviated as (smc), is independent specialized center in providing media and press services. It was founded in December 2002, so as to develop the country's journalistic outputs.
Therefore, it is regarded one of the largest sources of Sudan’s news and information to the world.
smc prime objectives:
• Highlight what is happening in the country to the outside world with an impartial, credible and professional coverage.
• Promotion of press and media outputs.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field of media and utilizes the new informatics opportunity.
• Build the capacity and train young journalists to better their performance.
