The Sultan of Fur Tribe, Sultan Ibrahim Yusuf Ali Dinar, urged the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, to work on solving the issue of Darfur in his new term in office through negotiations.
Dinar called in a statement to SUNA Wednesday on the government to complete the infrastructures and development projects, top of them are the Western Salvation Highway, rehabilitation of railway line as well as the staging regular railway trips from Khartoum to El-Rahad and Nyala.
The Sultan of Fur explained that the people of Dar fur who have chosen President Al-Bashir as a President are expecting many things from him in order to rehabilitate and redevelop the war-affected areas and to attach great concern to the issues of education and social care.
